In an effort to improve the safety of our neighborhood, we have developed a Vendor Qualification process. To be included on this list, a vendor of services or products that comes into our neighborhood on a regular basis to service a home, have completed our qualification information form and process. 

Vendors who are on this list have supplied us with all the necessary information to prove that they can be trusted and will care for the assets of our neighborhood the way each of us as homeowners should. When choosing a service or product provider, we urge you to look first at our qualified list of vendors. If you choose someone else, we urge you to require them to go through this qualifying process. If we all take this stance, this WILL make for a safer neighborhood!
